EFT is a process for changing the way we view the world, which in turn changes our experience. Spiritual EFT involves drawing information that flows through us from a higher source. As a practitioner I am guided to remove myself both intellectually and emotionally from the process of applying the tapping techniques. This is done within a light trance state that can be shared equally with the person receiving the treatment. As a trained NLP/Hypnosis Practitioner I find there is great benefit by using a combination of mind/body experiences in the quest toward a more open view of life situations.
Since everyone has the capacity to receive information from sources outside of themselves, this approach can dramatically speed the process of releasing the physical energetic blocks that result in emotional unease. We generally call this process intuition. Intuition is the ability to perceive or know things without conscious reasoning. A common experience is to get an internal flash that the phone is about to ring and then it does. Or we begin to think of a friend or family member and later learn that they were in an accident at the time thoughts of them just popped into our mind. This latter experience can be misinterpreted as being responsible in some manner for the accident, and can cause a person to shy away from a spontaneous inner knowing.
However we may well be reading the energy as it flows into our awareness. A bit like being a radio transmitter of sound. Are we simply reading data in any of it's forms? Some refer to this skill as a sixth sense. Perhaps we live in a time when this skill is commonplace and accepted as a legitimate style of gaining deeper awareness that can help us grow stronger and more confident.
It is interesting to note that even the greatest minds of our time cannot define the term energy to their satisfaction. They can say that energy cannot be destroyed but can be changed or transformed into something new and fresh. Spiritual EFT is an elegant method of transforming the energy of our beliefs into more beneficial streams of thought. It is what we think that guides our life choices.

Surrogate/Intentional Emotional Freedom Techniques
Energetically we are all connected. We are all brothers and sisters under the skin.There are however stronger and weaker connections depending on our relationships with one another. For instance one of our earliest and strongest energetic connections may well be mother and child. I have found that a mother tapping on herself with the pure intention of helping a son or daughter with a life lesson, can bring about dramatic change.
The most important piece of this intentional EFT involves respect for the free will of the son or daughter involved. Attempting to impose a parental will on a child is undesirable and will not work. However when the intention is pure, emotional upsets can dissolve, leaving the child, teen, or adult son or daughter free to act in his or her own best interest. In this manner improvement is rapidly experienced.
This technique is effective between friends, spouses, and groups of people holding positive intentions for one another. While there is an art to this Surrogate EFT, it is easy to learn and has been referred to as positive prayer by some.
I offer Spiritual EFT upon request and with your permission. My fee for this work is $45 per hour and $80 for longer up to 2 hours. I call you at the time of our prescheduled appointment if we are working by phone. In office rates are the same.
