What is EFT?

The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are finger tapping tools for easing the stresses of life. These techniques are easy to learn and can help us live our lives more peacefully. Negative emotions, like concern about the future and regret about the past, can dissolve in minutes. This is done by tapping certain pressure points on our face and body while putting our attention on the issue we seek to change.

EFT is a tool that brings clarity into the mind, while establishing freedom from the unwanted patterns of thinking and behaving that harm us. When we are clear minded, we are productive and motivated. When the emotions we feel are pleasing to us, life is good, and we like ourselves.

Consistent use of EFT allows us to exercise the ability to have the good-feeling emotions we want and need to experience, like confidence and optimism. This tapping is being used by young and old, with great success, for returning to the natural state of lightheartedness.
